Experience: 4 - 8 Yrs.
Qualification: Good Technical Degree B.E, MBA
Manufacturing industry background
-Person with maturity and balance
- A good sense of responsibility/ownership

Essential skills:Good listening and Presentation Skills.
Background: preferably engineer- MBA from good schools; experience in manufacturing- should have been responsible for some activity/ results

- Should be able to understand the importance of non- delivery and of precision.
Location: Pune, (you should be willing to relocate to Pune)

The candidates should have very good analytical skills.
