AS400 Developers/Senior Developers/Analysts

Qualification & Skills:Graduate/Post Graduate In Engineering, Science and Management with experience in AS/400 related development with RPG/400, ILE RPG, CL/400, Query/400, SQL/400. Working knowledge of free form will be an added advantage
Experience: 2 yrs - 6 yrs
Additional qualifications (good to have):
Experience working in offshore development center and working off remote servers.
Experience with MKS Implementer or with a similar version control/deployment tool.
Familiarity with free form of ILE RPG development.
Familiarity with new functions added to most recent OS/400 version V5 and above.
Familiarity with SEI-CMM processes

AS400 Technical Lead/Project Lead

Qualification & Skills:Graduate/Post Graduate In Engineering, Science and Management with minimum 6 years experience in AS/400 related development with RPG/400, ILE RPG, CL/400, Query/400, SQL/400. Working knowledge of free form desired. The right candidate should be a technically strong individual coupled with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent analytical skills & ability to resolve complex functional problems and arrive at elegant software solutions to meet the requirements. Experience in developing specifications for complex software programming applications. Ability to write and evaluate test plans and test cases for complex programming applications or program modification assignments
Experience: 6 to 10 years in AS 400.
Additional qualifications (good to have):
Experience in handling offshore development teams and working off remote servers
Thorough knowledge of SEI-CMM standards
