Relevant Experience : 5 years and above
Responsibility : Should be able to technically lead a team to plan and execute complex technical products in audio or speech applications
Domain : 3 or more years of direct work experience in any one of the following:
»Speech or audio compression, decompression and processing technologies (ITU-T/ETSI Codecs, AAC, MP3,AC-3, MPEG-4 & MPEG-2 Audio)
» Signal processing in VOIP
» VOIP Systems

Scope : 3 or more years of direct experience in the following
»Algorithm evaluation and selection. Algorithm development and implementation »Embedded real time implementation on programmable processors especially DSPs
Desired : Experience, familiarity or interest in hardware and system (boards & software) implementation
