Requirement :::

Job Description
TL/PM will be responsible for:
Interacting with clients on phone and chat on a daily basis to take requirements, provide updates, provide suggestions and alternatives, etc
Write project requirementsEstimation of web projects
Creating detailed workplans
Creating web prototypes
Creating database design, ER diagrams and Data dictionaries
Preparing use cases
Managing a development team of 5 to 10 developers for multiple projects
Documentation
Testing
Maintaining good relationship with clients.

Candidate Profile
The candidate should have the following skills/experience:
Ability to communicate well in English over phone and chat
Experience in creating Requirements Documents for large web applications.
Experience in estimation of web applications
Should have been a programmer in any web technology for atleast 3 years.
Good knowledge of Object Oriented concepts
Knowledge of UML preferred
Strong in database design and SQL queries design.
Excellent experience in SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
Should be managing a team of at least 3 programmers currently.
Good sense of web usabilityGood practical knowledge of business systems, web applications and e-commerce sites
Should be technically competent.
Will have to solve technical problems of team members on a regular basis.
Should have excellent working experience in one or more of the following:
.NETOther MS Technologies (ASP, VB, VC++)ColdFusion,PHP,Java
